and other similar technologies on our: (1) websites, such as:
www.imesh.ai, and any related IMESH
website(together the “Site”); and (2) the IMESH product services
that you purchase, and any other services sold by IMESH (together
the “Services''). This policy does not apply to cookies that may be
part of IMESH’s product offerings placed on our customers’ websites,
for which our customers are the data controller. This policy does
not apply to the privacy practices of thirdparty websites which may
be linked to this Site. This Policy was last updated on 28th March,

Consent
By continuing to visit our Site or use our Services, you are
agreeing to the use of cookies and other similar technologies for
the purposes we describe in this Policy
Cookies
Cookies are small text files which are downloaded to your browser
when you visit a website. Most web pages contain elements from
multiple web domains so when you visit our Site and Services, your
browser may receive cookies from several sources. This includes
third parties that we have hired to provide services on our behalf,
such as site analytics or ad targeting. Session cookies are deleted
automatically when you close your browser and persistent cookies
remain on your device after the browser is closed (for example to
remember your user preferences when you return to the site).
What types of cookies do we use?
As described in our Privacy Policy, we use cookies and other
technologies, such as web beacons, tags and Javascript alone or in
conjunction with cookies, to ensure visitors to our Site have the
best possible experience and to provide targeted advertising. We use
both session-based and persistent cookies. IMESH sets and accesses
our own cookies on the Sites and we use third party cookies, like
Google Analytics. While we do our best to keep this table updated,
please note that the number and names of cookies, pixels and other
technologies may change from time to time. We describe the
categories of cookies and other technologies that we use below:
Strictly Necessary
These cookies and other technologies are essential to enabling your
use of our Site and Services and its features. Without these
cookies, services we would provide (such as permitting log-in into
the service) cannot be provided. These cookies may be associated
with personal data.
Functionality
These cookies and other technologies improve your experience by
enabling personalization (like remembering language and region), as
well as enabling certain features like tracking progress on our
videos and chat support. They can help you fill out forms on our
sites more easily. They also provide you with features, insights and
customized content. These cookies may be associated with personal
data.
Analytics / Performance
These cookies and other technologies help us learn how well our Site
and Services are performing. We use these cookies to understand,
improve, and research our Site and Services. These cookies may be
associated with personal data.
Targeting or Advertising
These cookies and other technologies collect information about the
browsing habits associated with your device and are used to make
advertising more relevant to you and your interests. Third parties
provide these services in return for recognising that you (or more
accurately your device) have visited a certain Site. These third
parties put down advertising cookies both when you visit our Site
and Services and when you use their services and navigate away from
our Site and Services. These cookies may be associated with personal
data.
Local Shared Objects (“Flash cookies”)
Local Shared Objects (aka “Flash cookies”) and local storage in
HTML5 may also be used on our Site and Services to enhance your
experience by, for example, storing your user preferences and
settings like volume/mute settings. Local Shared Objects are data
files similar to browser cookies, but can store more complex data
than simple text. You can manage local shared objects by following
the instructions on Adobe’s help site
here.
HTML email web beacons
Our emails may contain a single, campaign-unique “web beacon pixel”
to tell us whether our emails are opened and verify any clicks
through to links within the email. We may use this information for
purposes including determining which of our emails are more
interesting to you, to query whether users who do not open our
emails wish to continue receiving them. The pixel will be deleted
when you delete the email. If you do not wish the pixel to be
downloaded to your device, you should select to receive emails from
us in plain text rather than HTML.
Disabling cookies
If you do not agree to the use of these cookies please disable them
by following the instructions for your browser set out at all
www.aboutcookies.org. Please note that the Site and Services will
not function well if cookies are disabled. It may also stop you from
saving customized settings, like login information.
For cookies that track activity in connection with targeting
advertising, you can opt-out of third party targeting cookies on the
Digital Advertising Alliance’s consumer choice page
(http://optout.aboutads.info) or the Network Advertising Initiative’s consumer choice page
(http://optout.networkadvertising.org)
or the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance consumer
choice page
( http://youronlinechoices.eu).
Other tools offered by third parties can help you see and manage the
types of cookies and trackers that you encounter. More information
about cookies and cookie management can be found on www.allaboutcookies.org and
www.aboutcookies.org.
Browser manufacturers also provide help pages relating to cookie
management in their products.
For other browsers, please consult the documentation that your
browser manufacturer provides. After your initial visit to the Site
and Services we may change the cookies and other technologies we
use.
Use of IP addresses and web logs
We may also use your IP address and browser type to help diagnose
problems with our server, to administer our Site and to improve the
service we offer to you. An IP address is a numeric code that
identifies your computer on the internet. Your IP address might also
be used to gather broad demographic information.
Do Not Track
Currently, various browsers - including Internet Explorer, Firefox,
and Safari - offer a “do not track” or “DNT'' option that relies on
technology known as a DNT header, which sends a signal to the
websites visited by the user about the user’s browsers DNT
preference setting. IMESH does not currently commit to responding to
browser’s DNT preference across its Sites and Services, because no
common industry standard for DNT has been adopted by industry
groups, technology companies or regulators, including no consistent
standard of interpreting user intent. IMESH takes privacy and
choices regarding privacy seriously and will make efforts to
continue to monitor the development around DNT browser technology
and the implementation of a standard for DNT.
